Further later it became part of an independent company in the group named Ludan Tech
In 1997, Ludan Engineering has established its subsidiary Ludan S.R.L. in Romania, in order to extend its services in the emerging region of Eastern Europe.
On the same year Ludan has become a public company and since then is listed in the Tel Aviv stock exchange.
In 2002, Ludan Engineering has established its Environmental Group in order to provide solutions for a wide range of environmental problems.
