LUDAN signed an agreement with the power- station CET GOVORA in Romania, for operating its Pilot system on flue- gases emitted from a 50 MW production unit, burning Coal. Positive test results at the Pilot level will be considered in CET GOVORA's decision on implementing the technology for this unit and additional 2 X 50 MW units in the power station.

The operation of the Pilot is scheduled to start by the beginning of April 2009, by LUDAN personnel assisted by LUDAN Engineering SRL, Bucharest. The operation was approved by the local environmental authorities, which will also be involved in the operation supervision and testing.
